Easy Returns 

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for you. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way. Running Buddy will provide you with a pre-paid USPS label to return the items to us if you paid for initial shipping. You can return most items for a refund or store credit. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the pre-paid label. Any USPS Post Office will accept your return. 

There are a few items that cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or Outlet items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Due to Covid-19, headphones & H2O items cannot be returned for a refund. Only store credit can be applied for these items.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.
  • All non-clearance items have a 21 day return window from date of delivery
  • All products labeled as Clearance or Outlet items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • All returned items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.  
  • Running Buddy will provide you with a pre-paid USPS label to return the items to us if shipped in the US if shipping was paid for at checkout when the order was placed. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the pre-paid label. Failure to ship within 10 days will result in a store credit for the purchase minus initial and return shipping. The label cost will be deducted from the refund proceeds. Any USPS Post Office will accept your return.
  • If you elect to use our prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your purchase amount. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Discount codes need to be entered at checkout. Post checkout refunds are not eligible due to failure to enter a discount code
  • Items are protected by Running Buddy against manufacturing defects for 30 days. Touchscreen purse returns will have a $2.95 restocking fee per purse along with the cost of the return shipping. International returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Touchscreen purses must be returned with all foam and faux "phone" screen inserts.  Failure to return with inserts will result in store credit or additional restocking fees.
  • Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • If a shipped item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete customer address the order will have a $4.95 shipping fee deducted from the processed refund. If the shipped item is "refused for delivery" a $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the processed refund. 
  • For a return to be accepted, the return form must be completed below so an internal RMA number and a return tracking label is created. Returns shipped without first completing the return form below will not be accepted and items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or store credit will be applied to customer account

International Shipping & Customs

Running Buddy™️ is not responsible for items shipped to hotels/motels that are lost by hotel personnel. Due to custom delays and international carriers, we can not guarantee international shipping times or refund international shipping charges. International customers will incur extra shipping costs for all returns/exchanges. Running Buddy™️ is not responsible and will be held harmless for any payment chargebacks due to international orders lost or delayed once the receiving country's Customs, postal or carrier services receive the order for customer processing and delivery.

Once the form is received, you will receive via email a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
